We love to ensure our customers understand the processes we use, how this affects you and as a result the timescales involved.
From start to finish we have documented processes our staff members follow, this ensures a set standard of work and less gaps for task to “fall down”.
Its very easy for us to skip steps, however we do not do this as it will generally result in poor service, long term. Consistency equals efficiency.
Design
At this stage we show a concept of the item to the customer and welcome feedback
Code
Once we have the go ahead we'll get busy and implement the design into reality.
QA
Before we present the final draft we run QA on the item to ensure all is working correctly.
Our Vision
Our main role is to listen, the more you talk the more we'll understand your exact wants, needs and requirements. We'll always have plenty of questions to ask and a plan is sent out at the end of every consultation.
